    > Prof. Samuel Afrane (Chairman) Prof Samuel Afrane is an Associate Professor of Planning and a Chartered Management Consultant and currently the President of the Christian Service University College. He is the immediate past Provost of the College of Art and Social Sciences of the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Kumasi. He has considerable Research and Consultancy experience in Strategic Planning, Institutional Planning and Management, Investments, Microfinance, Project Monitoring and Evaluation. Prof Afrane has served as a Consultant to many local and international agencies including the World Bank, UNDP, ILO, Australia Agency for International Development, World Vision International, USAID, IFAD, ECLOF-Geneva, DFID, just to mention a few. He is a member of many institutional boards and committees including World Vision, Medilab Ltd, Jackson Educational Complex and Scripture Union of Ghana.

    > Mr. Samuel Kwabena Nketiah (Vice Chairman) Mr. Samuel Kwabena Nketiah is the Programme Director of Tropenbos International Ghana. He holds Bsc Degree in Chemical Engineering from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Msc in Industrial Management and Wood Technology from the same University and Msc Degree in Wood Science from the University of Wales, U.K.Mr. Samuel Nketiah is a scientist of international repute and has consulted for so many international organizations such as the UNDP, FAO, DFID, DANIDA, just to mention a few.He has travelled extensively both in and out of Africa and across the globe. He has attended many conferences, workshops and symposiums and also has a lot of publications to his credit.He has served as the President of the National Research Staff Association of the Council for Scientific and Industrial Research and is a Council Member of the Ghana Institute of Foresters. He is also a member of the Ghana Institute of Engineers.

    > Mr. Edward Kwaku Asamoah (Secretary) Edward Kwaku Asamoah is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG). He holds an MBA in Finance from the KNUST School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and HND Accounting from the Kumasi Polytechnic. He is a licensed Investment Advisor by the Securities and Exchange Commission. He has core competencies in financial analysis, audit and control. He began employment with the Accounts Unit of K. Adom Ltd and later on as an Operational Accountant at Akuafo Adamfo Marketing Company Ltd. He then moved to New Generation Investment Services Ltd as an Accounts Officer and rose through the ranks to become the Chief Financial Officer before his appointment as the Chief Executive Officer.

    > Anthony Osei Poku, Esq. (Member) Anthony Osei Poku is a Chief State Attorney. He holds an LLB (Hons) from the University of Ghana and the Ghana School of Law. He is currently the Metro Solicitor for Kumasi Metropolitan Assembly (KMA). He is also a managing partner for My Lord Chambers and consults widely for corporate institutions in legal matters. Among other positions of responsibility held include current secretary to the Ghana Bar Association (Ashanti), having served as President in the past. He is Vice Board Chairman of Amanano Rural Bank Ltd and Council Secretary to Christian Service University College (CSUC).

    > Mr. Enoch Baah (Member) Mr. Enoch Baah is a Chartered Accountant by profession and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants (ICAG). He holds an MBA in Banking and Finance from Paris Graduate School of Management (PGSM), France. He has worked with Akuafo Adamfo Marketing Company Limited, a licensed Cocoa buying Company from 2001 till date in the capacities of Operational Accountant, Chief Operational Accountant and Special Assistant to the Managing Director. He currently serves on the boards of Enjelbaah Company Ltd and Fourteen Stars Ltd.

    > Mr. George Osei-Akoto (Member) Mr. George Osei- Akoto is the Sector Manager of Nyonkopa Cocoa Buying. He holds an MBA (Accounting) from the KNUST School of Business, a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Cape Coast and also holds a Diploma in Commerce from the same university. He had his national service at the Nuriya Islamic Primary School, he started his working career as a Project Manager with Fairview Communication and Business Services where he supervised all organizational activities. He then moved to Akuafo Adamfo Marketing Company Limited in 2002 as a District Accounts Officer and by dint of hardwork was promoted to Sector Manager in 2007 with the oversight responsibility of supervising the District Manager’s Activities; he was with the company until 2015 when he moved to occupy his current position. He has attended several workshops and seminars organized by many reputable institutions.

    > Mrs. Mary Bridget Ansong (Member) Mary Bridget Ansong, a seasoned administrator and educationist, has served in various capacities in the country. She is currently on the board of Sinapi Aba Trust and Amantin and Kasei Community Rural Bank. With a degree in Political Science from the University of Ghana and a Post Graduate Certificate in Education from the University of Cape Coast among other qualifications, Mary achieved a lot in the education sector, rising up the ladder to become the Headmistress of Yaa Asantewaa Girls Senior High School where she is credited with transforming the school in all spheres and making it a choice for many young ladies all over the country. She also served as an Administrator for the Christian Service University College.
